MT. PLEASANT, Mich. (June 5, 2014) - Mr. Electric® of Central Michigan will be lending its services to help build a home for Home Builders Blitz 2014 in the Village of Shepherd.
Mr. Electric of Central Michigan will be working with the Isabella County Habitat for Humanity and the Home Builders’ Association of Central Michigan to build a 1,300 square-foot home for a family of ten.
Mr. Electric of Central Michigan will install wiring for the service panel, receptacles, light switches and fixtures in the home per building codes and regulations. Once dry walling of the home is complete Mr. Electric of Central Michigan will install light fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the home.
“We were approached by the Home Builders’ Association and Habitat for Humanity about the project,” said Aaron Liscomb, owner of Mr. Electric of Central Michigan. “We were glad they thought of us and we are looking forward to lending our expert knowledge and skill to complete the build.”
The Home Builders’ Association of Central Michigan is a professional trade organization chartered in 1966. They provide their local community with services, education and community involvement.

Mr. Electric of Central Michigan will start the build on Monday, June 9.
